PassNote keeps message content with you, not on our servers. Data lives on your mail server and on the device; every account is guarded by its own key, so privacy is the default.
Zero message retention
Message content never enters our storage. It stays on your mail server and on the phone — data ownership stays where it belongs.
Per-account keys
Each account holds its own key, and content is encrypted in transit and at rest. Without your key, the data cannot be read — even if it leaves the device.
Open platform & bots
APIs and bot interfaces connect alerts, approvals and internal tools to the conversation. Private by design, open by integration.
